CFPPF Fact Sheets

 

During March and April 2011, some public statements by members of the Chattanooga City Council caused confusion and concern among the sworn members of the Fire and Police Departments regarding retirement benefits.  The Board of Directors of the Fire and Police Pension Fund developed these fact sheets to address our members’ concerns.  These fact sheets were shared with City Council and the Mayor on April 18, 2011.  At that time the City Council requested an educational meeting with the CFPPF Board. 

That meeting was held on April 26, 2011.
